Welcome to SomeOne Cares!

Important Message: COVID-19

Covid 19 update: Thursday 25th June 2020

We have been working hard to move as much of our support online as possible and now have our building WIFI ready to support the new way of life.

To keep in line with government guidelines and to keep everyone safe we are still unable to offer face to face counselling appointments at this time due to counselling being a 50 minute appointment, we feel that this is too long to have you in one of our rooms and keep you safe.

What this means for you:

Assessment Appointment: We have successfully been working through our assessment waiting list offering 30 minute appointments, we have now caught up with our backlog and all referrals made into us will have a response within a week.

Referrals: We are still open for referrals, Please complete our online formĀ Here – Referral FormĀ and we will get back to you with an acknowledgement and an update.

Counselling: If your currently in counselling with us then your counsellor should have been in touch with you by now regarding future appointments and how to progress onto online counselling.

Waiting List: If you are on our waiting list we are working through this as quickly as possible however there may be a delay in allocating you a suitable counsellor, everyone should now of had a phone call to discuss options on how to move forward.

We will keep you updated when we know more.

Please contact us by email: Enquiries@someonecares.org.uk if you require further information.

Please keep any eye for any changes.

Stay safe and well.
